Our Temporary Online Livestream Timetable is here...

It's official, we have now temporarily (for how long noone knows!) moved to a condensed livestream timetable of classes.

All classes are bookable here on the website. On the day of the class that you have booked you will receive an email with a link to connect to the 'meeting' in Zoom and then you can join everyone and myself for class at the stated time.

It's not something I ever thought I'd do, or want to do. Strange times call for us to move out of our comfort zone. It's weird, but it's growing on me! I may choose to carry on with one or two when we return to normal.

Fitness instructors around the world have been pushed into the unknown by this virus. We have rallied and are providing a dose of normality to your days if we can. A connection to others, to community, to keeping your minds and bodies active. A way to stay in touch, to see a friendly face when we might not otherwise have the opportunity, but keeping you safe at the same time. We've had to figure out new software, how to connect music, cameras. How to clear furniture to create space and ban our families from rooms/gardens so that we can still provide that community.

And YOU, our communities, have rallied for us, to support us and each other. And for that we are thankful. I AM THANKFUL. To each and every one of you that has joined me in my lounge, kitchen or garden (you've pretty much seen the whole house lol) so far, and to those of you that will at some point, I thank you. Thank you for being you, for being my community, my heart and my support.
