I love Kaye's Zumba classes - they are not only fun, but a fab way to keep fit too!

I attend Kaye's Strong and Yoga classes. Always fun and well planned classes. Kaye is such a supportive instructor who pushes us to try harder each class. Also Kaye managed to stand up her online classes so swiftly when the lockdown hit so we could continue seamlessly.

Kaye is really enthusiastic & encouraging. I started Zumba onine during lockdown and I felt included from the beginning. Even if I remain uncoordinated I love turning up to these sessions. I look forward to Kaye's beaming smile and welcoming words.

I really enjoy Kaye's Zumba classes irrespective of whether via Zoom, as at the moment or in an actual studio. I'm exercising while enjoying myself (sometimes hard to tell by face - busy concentrating!). The routines that Kaye creates are a great mix of lively, energetic ones and the occasional slower one to catch my breath. The moves/steps are danced based and also include other movements to utilise other muscle sets, such as squats, which I like. Kaye is a great tutor, ensuring we understand new routines and encouraging us to keep the energy level up during class! I can adjust/modify some steps or moves that may challenge any wonky joints I have and nobody minds, because we're all enjoying our exercise!

I've been attending Kaye's STRONG classes for a few years. STRONG has choreographed moves to music BUT the moves are simple - no dancing skills required - and focuses on working major muscle groups and on aerobic capacity. It's the only choreographed class I know that really works upper/lower body without needing fancy equipment. I'm no good at dancing and can't face circuit training - the online 30 min STRONG class is just perfect.

I was on the look-out for a dance based activity, coincidentally at the same time Kaye was just starting to teach at Macclesfield Leisure, and so I attended her first class. Three years on and I've hardly missed a week since - that says how much I enjoy it!

Zumba - love this class as it's fun, Kaye is great at giving clear instructions. When classes were in person, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Go at your own pace - be prepared to get sweaty and have fun!

STRONG - no stop HIIT, challenge yourself. Great workout. Kaye demonstrates/guides well.

Yoga - Kaye varies these between focusing on stretching, balancing, destress, overall workout. kaye makes it easy to follow. Really enjoy this class.

What can I say!! Zumba, Yoga, STRONG, I come to all classes because of you Kaye! Always filled with smiles, warmth and laughter. You make classes fun! My confidence has grown and it's because of the lovely community you have created for us! So much support from a fabulous instructor xx
