STRONG is a revolutionary body weight high intensity workout.

Purposefully designed to work your whole body in a 60, 45 or 30 minute session.
Yoga
Do you need to be flexible to do Yoga? No.
Do you need to be into the whole spiritual side of Yoga? No.
In fact, although I sometimes touch on it, it's something that I keep out of my classes. Purely because it's not for everybody.
You simply need a mat, a quiet space (we're talking virtual practice here) and a phone/tablet/laptop to join in and a willingness to try.
It's called 'practice' for a reason, because no-one is perfect, no 2 people are the same. We can't all do the same things with our bodies. We just do our best and our minds and bodies thank us regardless.
