National Lockdown #2

Well here we are on the eve of England's second lockdown period. The next four weeks are going to be hard. This lockdown is not as strict as the first but it still comes as a low blow to businesses across the country and families too. It's a time of year when we are normally socially mixing away to our hearts content and preparing for the festive season and visiting family.

This year is tough, we've all been through so much already, and just as we think we are settling in to our new normal it's all change again. And I don't think it'll be the last time.

So tonight I'll be heading out (after our 6pm Zoom Yoga) to teach my last in person Zumba at Knutsford Leisure Centre before the gyms close down for the next 4 weeks.

Let's use these next weeks to lift ourselves mentally. You guys are certainly one of the main things that have kept me going over the past 7 months, so while we are in lockdown a couple more classes will be back on the timetable.

Our normal Zoom classes will still run:

Monday 6.30pm STRONG30

(30mins) £3.50

Tuesday 6.00pm Zumba

(45mins) £4

Wednesday 6.00pm Yoga

(45mins) £4

PLUS (these extra classes will be on for 3 weeks - w/c 09/11/20 - 29/11/20)

Saturday 10.00am Zumba

(45mins) £4

Sunday 10.00am VeraFlow (subject to numbers)

ALL CLASSES ARE BOOKED AT www.kayesfitnessclasses.co.uk AND ARE PAYG. CLASS PASSES ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE FOR DISCOUNTED PRICES, THESE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any passes bought 1st Nov onwards and not used by 15th Dec will be extended by 3 weeks so you get chance to use them in January.
