Day 92 in the Lockdown House...where do we go from here?

Yes - day 92!! Can you believe it?? We have now spent a full quarter of 2020 in lockdown conditions.

Some of you I still get to see in our virtual classes, others I have not heard from. And that is fine - technology is not for everyone and other things take priority in times like these - but I just want to check that everyone is ok? I'm praying that we've all managed to stay healthy. If anyone ever needs to talk, I'm here.

I just wanted to touch base and let you know where I am up to. If you attend any of my gym classes, I have no news there. Things will all depend on what is announced today, and what each individual gym is capable of offering to fit within the restrictions. And those restrictions will be many. Room size, type of class (allowing for movement and still allowing for distancing, ventilation etc etc. Plus demand.

Community classes.

My community classes will remain online until, possibly, at least the autumn. Outdoor classes are not a possibility due to the unpredictable weather and licences etc that would be required.

There are way too many risks to factor in to me, personally, taking classes indoors, into a communal space. A friend of mine worded this perfectly and covered all points that we would need to consider, aside from the fact that for our own peace of mind we would need to clean venues before, during and after classes. I've posted pics of her post below.

Your safety and enjoyment is my priority. Our Virtual timetable will change and evolve as mine and your work/life timetable changes. I promise I will keep you up to date as we move forwards.
